DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery and processing of orders:

When a customer shops in the Nordic angan online shop, they can opt to collect the order or to have it sent to them.

Delivery within Iceland:

If delivery to the home address or the nearest post office is selected, delivery will normally take 2 to 5 working days. This delivery time may vary, however, in different regions and the form of delivery selected. Deliveries may also take longer at busy times, e.g. before Christmas.

Outside the Greater Reykjavík area home delivery is only available where offered by the Post Office. For further information see postur.is

Home delivery is only available within Iceland.

Deliveries worldwide

Iceland Post Standard shipping

Delivery takes up to 7 business days. Deliveries from Iceland Post are subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For shipping outside Iceland Nordic angan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Nordic angan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
