RETURNS POLICY

Returns deadline:

The purchaser may return the goods within thirty days, provided that the purchased item is unused and is returned in its original condition. The 30-day period of grace begins when the goods are delivered to the purchaser. The receipt for the purchase must be included. Costs of returning the goods, such as postal costs, are payable by the purchaser. The purchaser is the person named as such in the documents. 

Faulty goods:

If a customer purchases faulty goods in the Nordic angan online shop, they will be offered replacement goods, a discount or a refund of the purchase price, according to the nature of the fault. With regard to the rights of the consumer, i.e. an individual who shops in the Nordic angan online shop, with respect to faults, see the Consumer Purchase Act no. 48/2003. With regard to the rights of businesses and individuals that shop in the Nordic angan online shop for commercial purposes, see the Chattel Purchase Act no. 50/2000.
