JURISDICTION:

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accord with Icelandic law. Should a dispute arise regarding these Terms and Conditions, the case shall be submitted to the Reykjanes District Court. With respect to matters other than the above, these Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Act on the Protection of  Privacy as Regards the Processing of Personal Data (now no. 77/2000), the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Act no. 16/2016, the provisions of the Chattel Purchase Act no. 50/2000, as applicable, and the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act no. 48/2003.
